摘要: | 本发明公开了一种新能源电动车双回路踏板控制方法,解决现有单回路踏板信号易受外界干扰,处理不当易造成安全事故的问题。通过如下步骤实现:S1、整车控制器VCU采样一个踏板的两路模拟信号A、B;S2、整车控制器VCU将两路模拟信号A、B进行滤波处理,得到滤除干扰后的信号C;S3、获取两路模拟信号A、B的比值A/B,并判断比值A/B是否在预设范围内,若是,执行步骤S5,若否,拒绝响应踏板;S4、继续判断信号C是否在预设范围内,若是,执行步骤S6,若否,则拒绝响应踏板;S5、清除故障信号,响应信号C开度。本发明双回路踏板在某回路出现问题,触发控制条件后,整车不再输出动力,保证行车安全,通过两路模拟信号滤除干扰,提高双回路信号可靠性。 | ||
