The system of the present invention are made by precision electric control rotary table, the accurate electronic control displacement platform, accurate torque sensor, the clamping jaw, a coil spring, mounting plate, the reel, position trimming mechanism, multi-axis motion controller, a digital display instrument and computer, the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, small volume, and greatly saving the space, the measuring accuracy is high, the test efficiency is high, the burden of the work of the operators can be reduced, the production efficiency can be improved; the method of the present invention the operation is convenient, after the completion of clamping can be automatically complete the whole test procedure, through the computer software LabVIEW installed in the compiled test program, can realize automatic loading and unloading, of automatic data collection, and fitting the performance curves of the stored data, automatically provides the test report, after the completion of clamping can be automatically complete the whole test process, can avoid the manual operation and reading of the error. |
