| 摘要： | 本发明公开了一种水性烤漆的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)先将水性丙烯酸改性聚酯乳液加入水溶性氨基树脂中形成成膜基料，然后称取水溶性银粉加入成膜基料中，接着加入中和剂和去离子水，并通过砂磨机研磨制得水性色浆溶液；(2)先量取水性色浆溶液、分散剂、珠光颜料通过搅拌机分散均匀备用，然后量取水性丙烯酸树脂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂和固化剂依次加入装有乳液的调漆釜中；(3)再向上述溶液中添加备用的水性色浆溶液，最后加入增稠剂，再加入去离子水调节粘度；(4)用120目绢丝布过滤，然后包装。本发明方法的涂膜附着力好、对颜料润湿性能好，且具有很好的施工性能，储存稳定性好，可适用于汽车零部件、农业机械等材料的防护。 | ||
